There is no shipping cost.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use DHL for shipping to Sweden and UPS/DHL for shipping to all other countries in the EU.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your YLVA LI purchase, however if you have changed your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your purchase provided that you have not used the goods, and that they are returned in their original condition and packaging. When returning, you are responsible for the shipping cost and for the transport risk. When returning, please state your order number and your name. Refunds will be made after we have received and checked your return.

We can exchange your purchase if you return your items within 14 days of receiving your purchase provided that you have not used the goods, and that they are returned in their original condition and packaging. WARRANTY
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
All of our jewellery is quality checked by a jeweller, plus a member of our dispatch team. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the EU Consumer Law. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our jewellery purchases. With proper care, your diamond/18k gold jewellery will last a lifetime and can be passed down to the next generation.
