EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Larimar AB (556937-6766) conducts business for www.ylvali.eu. The rules below apply to Exchanges and Returns.
When making a complaint/return, always state your order number.
There is always a 1-year warranty on the products you buy. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you always get a new one or new parts. However, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. Contact customer service at info@ylvali.se to get help with your complaint.
If you regret your purchase or just want to change your item, always add your order number.
You have full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the time you received the goods, provided that you have not used the goods, and that they are returned in their original condition and packaging. When returning, you are responsible for the transport risk and shipping. When returning goods, you enter the order number and name. Reimbursement takes place after we have received an approved return from you.
ATTENTION! Goods that are sealed must not be sealed if you want to make a return. We do not buy back products with broken seals.
If you have paid by invoice, it is important to report the return to Klarna to avoid a reminder fee.
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations and apply the Distance and Home Purchase Act.

Include a note where you enter the order number and name so that we can credit your purchase when we receive the item.
DAMAGE TO PACKAGES
If you discover damage to the package, you must report this to your agent immediately. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report.
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED?
If, contrary to expectations, the wrong product was delivered to you, you can contact customer service at info@ylvali.se for a return slip.
THE PERSONAL DATA ACT
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the current regulations in the Personal Data Act (PUL).
